How to care for your ceramics

All of the pieces are safe for food & beverage use. While the pottery is dishwasher and microwave safe, I advise to handwash with a non-abrasive sponge, and be wary of changing the temperature of the piece too quickly. This can lead to weakening the glaze and clay body. If you have any questions about the care of your piece, feel free to email or DM on Instagram.

Accidents happen.

All handmade pottery can be fragile in nature, and Feel Good Pottery cannot be held responsible for breaks in the future. That being said, if an accident does happen, please DM me on Instagram, or email me at feelgoodpottery@gmail.com with images of the broken piece so we can possibly remake that piece, or a similar one, for 10% off the original price.

Returns

As of right now, I do not accept returns.Please note that each of the pieces are completely handmade, which means that every piece may vary slightly in terms of size, shape, and color. These variations are not considered defects, but rather an acknowledgement of the organic and unique nature of handmade goods. Refunds will not be accepted unless there is a functional flaw or if the item arrives in a damaged condition.

Our ceramics are packed with care to prevent any damages during transit. However, if you receive any damaged items, please take a photo immediately and contact us within three days of receiving your order. We will work together to find a solution, such as providing a refund for the item (excluding shipping costs) or sending a replacement piece. Please note that since some of our items are one-of-a-kind, your replacement may not be identical to your original. We will do our best to find a suitable solution for both parties. Replacement items may take up to six weeks to create.

Shipping

Shipping is currently available for the United States only. The cost of shipping is dependent on the size and weight of the piece, and the packaging required to ensure that piece does not break during transit. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing and packaging of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a notification via email.

Sustainability

The longevity of our planet means a lot to me, and I refused to allow my business to contribute to unnecessary waste. All of the packaging I use for shipping is either reused for other packages, biodegradable and/or recyclable. Using kraft paper, kraft tape, and starch-based packing peanuts (they dissolve in water!), ensure that your piece will arrive safe and sound, without contributing to the detriment of our environment.
